Main Descriptions

Our client is urgently hiring Receptionist to join the team urgently.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have Matric
• Must have Microsoft Office knowledge
• Must have Sectional Title repairs and maintenance experience.
• Think on their feet and is proactive
• Must be approachable and very helpful

Key Responsibilities:

• To answer all incoming calls and handle enquiries
• To redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
• To greet and assist /direct public and clients.
• To contribute to individual and team performance requirements
• Achieving 24hr turnaround time (deadlines) and maintaining world class service delivery with the 1st time right approach
• Cash Transactions of recycling bags, remotes & panic button batteries, masks, sanitizers etc.
• To post and circular distributions
• To purchase airtime for the landline
• To process applications
• Printing, Scanning and emailing docs for residents
• Resident queries such as cell phone, iPad, laptop assistance etc.
• To book bus, cleaners, Gardener, Maintenance etc.
• To capture all transactions on various spreadsheets
• Meter Readings, Storerooms and Carport
• To invoice cleaners, gardeners, maintenance, advertisements, remote replacements etc.
• Booking of Medical Assessments
• Updating of Notice Boards and frames at the lift
• To arrange monthly Welcome meeting
• To conduct Security clearance
• Payment requisitions & Petty cash capturing
• To compile suggestion box comments for Health and Wellbeing meeting
• To set up hall for events, meetings and memorials
• To arrange Annual services of Pest Control, garage doors and solar systems.
• To assist GM and OM when needed and requested
