Main Descriptions

Our client is urgently hiring Office Cleaner to join the team urgently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To ensure the office, working areas and bathrooms are clean
• To follow the rotational cleaning roster
• To ensure bathrooms are cleaned 3 times per day
• To check with the internal customers if additional cleaning is required/ whether they are satisfied
• To follow good cleaning practices
• To clean floors by sweeping, mopping or vacuuming them as per the roster
• Gather and empties dustbins
• To clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors
• Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy and stocked
• Team member to always be present in the kitchen at all times
• Dishwasher to be run 3 times per day
• Tea, coffee and sugar to be replenished as soon as canisters run low
• To notify Office Manager as soon as stock runs low
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaning material and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Monitor office safety by checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
• To completes all work by considering safety and health regulations at all times
• To manage own professional and self -development
• To attend weekly team meeting with Office Manager
• To attend monthly performance meeting with Office Manager

Key Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
• Must have cleaning experience (Desirable)
• Must have knowledge of the health and safety requirements
• Must have knowledge of the appropriate use of cleaning materials
• Must have knowledge of company policies and procedures
