Main Descriptions

Our client is urgently hiring for Human Resource Officer to join the team urgently.

Key Requirements:

• Must have recognized Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
• Must have minimum of 10 years’ senior experience in human resources
• HR Generalist background with broad knowledge of human resource functions, from hiring to pre-induction and employee compensation to evaluation
• Must have experience in disciplinary processes and procedures
• Must have experience in the full recruitment process (posting adverts, liaising with agents, interview process)
• Must have experience working with a time and attendance system
• Must have knowledge and ability to collate monthly payroll, benefits and statutory deductions for submission for final review and payment
• Must have experience with payroll collation and processing
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to negotiate various HR-related and other software packages
• Must have strong written and verbal communication is an essential strength for this position. An important part is being able to accurately explain different policies and protocols to new employees.
• Must have ability to process and empathetically assist employees with any HR-related questions
• French as an additional language would be an advantage
• Visionary, multitasked, professional, problem-solver, excellent and empathetic communicator at all levels, sound ethics, comfortable making difficult decisions
• Must be well-organized and have excellent time-management skills
• Must be good at conflict resolution and change management
• Must have good listening skills and highest commitment to confidentiality
