Main Descriptions:

Our client is urgently looking for Creditors Clerk to join the team urgently.

Key Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12
• Must have valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Must be fluently Afrikaans speaking, read and write (Non-Negotiable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge in Pastel Accounting
• Must have minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in a Creditors position

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creditors (Accounts Payable) full function
• Month end reconciliations of Creditors accounts
• Capture, process, reconcile and make payment of creditors
• To prepare and capture invoices
• To prepare payments for the day and distribute proof of payments to the relevant persons
• To prepare monthly cash flow for Creditor’s payments
• To prepare Journals to rectify payments when necessary
• To analyze month-end reports, (i.e., Age analysis, Outstanding invoices)
• To obtain statements and invoices from suppliers and branches
• To perform all the above duties at the set deadline
