Our client is urgently hiring for Kitchen Supervisor to join the team urgently.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have Matric is essential
Must have relevant tertiary qualification in food and beverage services or culinary arts is compulsory
Must have minimum 2 Years’ experience of progressive/kitchen management is compulsory
Must have experience with stock control, ordering and receiving
Must have knowledge of the catering environment ranging from fine dining to restaurant dining
Must have knowledge of South African and industry specific laws
Management Skills
Must have communication Skills
Must be computer literate

Duties and Responsibilities:

To oversee smooth operation of kitchen production
To maintain consistency for all menu items
To assist with monitoring inventory and communicating needs to the catering manager
