Minimum Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure that waiters in her section are working in a timely and professional manner
To communicate with the hostess about table availability
To ensure that all food and beverages being served to the guests are well presented and that orders are correct
To communicate with guests and ensure that their requests are being met
To serve food and beverage to guests
To assist with table-side ordering and make recommendations based on guests’ requirements
Up-sell menu items to reach sales targets set forth by management
To handle guest complaints
To assist with clearing tables and preparing for the next guests
To ensure that her section is well maintained
